All prices are in Canadian dollars. 
US money will be exchanged at the current Bank of Canada exchange rate.
The GST (tax) is 5% on payments made prior to July 1, 2010, and is no longer refundable to non-Canadian residents.  The HST of 12% will come in to effect July 1, 2010.  Rates subject to change.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Money Orders. Final payment is due one month prior to arrival. We will also accept personal cheques; however, final payment must be received a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival.

Deposit

We require a deposit of the first nights stay plus 5% GST within 2 days of booking to secure the dates requested.

In an effort to maintain Snowy Creek as family-oriented complex, a signed credit card slip /imprint will be collected upon arrival.  Money will be deducted for property damage, excessive noise after 11:00pm, missing items, smoking inside the unit, leaving garbage outside the unit, extra cleaning, lost parking passes and in the event there is a breach of the rental agreement.  l

Cancellation Policy

For reservations made more than 60 days from the first night's stay - you may cancel within 30 days after paying your deposit and receive a full refund. After 30 days your deposit shall be forfeit or put toward a future booking.

For reservations made less than 60 days and more than 30 days from the first night's stay - you may cancel within 14 days after paying your deposit, and receive a full refund. After 14 days your deposit shall be forfeit or put toward a future booking.

For reservations made less than 30 days from the first night's stay - you may cancel within 72 hours of giving us your deposit, and receive a full refund. After 72 hours your deposit shall be forfeit or put toward a future booking.

For reservations made within 14 days of the first night's stay, the deposit is non -refundable. 

Cleaning

This unit is self maintained. Mid-stay linen changes/cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.  One mid-stay linen change is included for stays of more than 7 days.
